Legal Hub Uganda was initiated in January 2017 by a pool of lawyers involved in legal aid service delivery, and duly registered as a Non-Government Organization (NGO) on 21st January 2019
Legal Hub Uganda recognizes that technology is at the forefront of driving development processes in the country. Mobile phone penetration as well as internet use has been steadily increasing over the years. The online community therefore becomes a strategic constituency to tap into. Access to legal information remains one of Uganda’s justice challenges. Through tech-based innovations, we simplify access to legal information using quick, cost-effective, and convenient platforms so that people with legal challenges can make meaningful decisions on steps to follow to resolve their issues.
